Andrew and his carpenters fixed and updated my kitchen after a fire. I'm in love with my new kitchen--they were very friendly to work with and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone who has had a house fire!

We needed to have the entire inside of our home painted for sale as we are downsizing. The first job required them to remove 30 year old wallpaper which was a horrible job but they took their time and were meticulous about getting the walls in the proper shape to accept paint. Their quality control is exceptional. Work that I was satisfied with was re-done at no cost to us because it didn’t meet their standard. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs or renovations required. Everyone was so nice and so considerate they made what could’ve been a horrible experience almost pleasant. They were always on time and gave me notice each day as to what the schedule for the next day would be.

We were very pleased with the work. It was completed quickly. We remolded kichen and installed waterproof wood flooring. I will be using Spaces again. 6 🌟 plus.

Spaces LLC did drywall overlay of the ceilings on the second floor of our 100-year old house, and painted three bedrooms. The project was done quickly and efficiently and we are very pleased with the work. The clean-up of this messy project was amazingly thorough. They also handled several unexpected contingencies - including replacing ceiling trim molding and rewiring two ceiling fixtures.

Andrew and his crew at Spaces were great. I hired them to remove wallpaper from 5 rooms in my house. Andrew had almost 5-7 people at my house over 2-3 days to remove the wallpaper and patch the walls. His crew was nothing less then professional and efficient. When it came to skim coating the walls a few months later, I thought I was up for it, but quickly realized it was going to be something I could handle. Another call to Andrew and Spaces was made, and again Andrew gave me a more than reasonable price for the job. I've used Spaces twice in less than a year and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone looking for remodeling done. Very professional group of people all the way around!

Great Job! Repaired holes in the walls. Work was done quickly and they worked within my work schedule.

We had a water leak in our dishwasher that went unnoticed for a long time. Finally the laminate flooring started to blister. Drew came out right away, and gave us a quote and we scheduled a repair. The next day Todd and his crew arrived, laid down tarps, moved out the kitchen appliances, removed all of the laminate and set up dehumidifiers to remove residual water from the kitchen. Once the moisture was removed, the crew came in and installed porcelain tile over two days. Cannot say how happy we were with the entire process from start to finish.

Spaces LLC came to our rescue when our pipes froze recently. They insulated the underside of our manufactured home and found and repaired a rotted spot of wood under the porch. We're very pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism and efficiency of the crew. Would highly recommend this company!

A roof leakage caused significant damage to the drywall, carpet staining, and a nasty odor is a CRAMPED condo unit, I thought resolving this would take days due to the amount of items that needed to be moved around inside. They estimated that the project would take 5 days, but the crew got everything repaired and clean in 2. They facilitated communication with the insurance agency to ensure that the proper remedies were covered, and the performance was top notch. I look forward to doing business with them again!

We had water damage in our kitchen. Spaces came in, removed the damaged laminate, dried the flooring with dehumidifiers and prepped the underlayment. The installation was done over two days and we could not be happier with the final results.

These are wonderful people! Andrew is very professional, I couldnâ t be happier that I chose them. Ray and Joe did a marvelous job. They arrived on time and finished the job in the time estimated. They kept the job site clean and left with the area looking as clean as it did before they arrived.
